State as interface

Abstract: We discuss a fundamental question, "what is a state of a (quantum) physical system?". Our answer is; a state is an interface between micro and macro, and also, between past and future. We will formulate these ideas in terms of "quantum probability" and make use of them to give a fresh look at so-called "quantum paradoxes".
