DEADLINES

 

Please indicate your intention to participate in the meeting to the organizing committee as early as possible.

 

If you want to deliver a paper, please submit an abstract of 2000-4000 characters length to the conference-coordinator by 30 June. The International Organizing Committee will pre-select the papers to be delivered at the meeting on the basis of the submitted abstracts. The full text versions of pre-selected papers should be submitted by July 15. (If you can’t finish your paper by this deadline, please contact the organizing committee.) The final decision on the conference program will be made on the basis of full text versions and the organizing committee reserves the right to refuse contributions, if their full text versions will be considered inappropriate.

 

The preferred communication is the e-mail communication sent to the electronic address indicated below. Please submit your abstract and paper to this address as attachment in

 

Doc format of MSWord for Windows or RTF (Rich Text Format),

 if possible.

 

If you prefer to post your paper at the conference web site in PDF or HTML format, please send also a copy in one of these formats.

Colleagues who do not have e-mail facilities or word processors should submit material in clear copy by ordinary post or by fax.  They should also indicate their need to receive information circulars by post or fax rather than by e-mail.  Materials (Brochures, etc.) will be posted to anyone who requires paper copies.
